Blog Submission Guidelines

We welcome posts that show positivity and support.

Please follow these guidelines when submitting:

  1. Content Focus- Share personal stories, tips, research insights, resources. Keep posts relevant to mental health, wellness, or athletics.

  2. Length- 500–800 words is ideal. Shorter posts are okay if they’re powerful and clear.

  3. Tone- Use a respectful, encouraging, and inclusive voice.- Avoid harmful language or unverified claims about mental health.

  4. Accuracy- If you share statistics, research, or quotes, cite your sources with links

  5. Format- Submit your blog through our google form. (Click here)

  6. Images- Optional: Attach copyright-free images or let us choose visuals for your post.

  7. Editing & Review- Submissions will be reviewed for clarity, grammar, and alignment with our mission.- We may reach out for small edits before publishing.
